Dual Citizenship
There is no bilateral agreement regarding dual citizenship between Argentina and the United States. However, when opting for the Argentine citizenship, it is not required that the person relinquishes any foreign citizenship they may have. The loss or cancellation of a foreign nationality as a consequence of acquiring the Argentine citizenship depends solely of foreign law.
