WASHINGTON – A New York developer and his companies were indicted today on
federal charges that they conspired to illegally fill jurisdictional wetlands, announced Assistant Attorney General Ignacia S. Moreno for the Justice Department’s Environment and Natural Resources Division and U.S. Attorney William Hochul for the Western District of New York.
