Second California Aftermarket Auto Lights Distributor Agrees to Plead Guilty in Price-Fixing Conspiracy
BALTIMORE—James Anthony Welzenbach, age 61, of St. Michaels, Maryland, pleaded guilty today to armed bank robbery.
The guilty plea was announced by United States Attorney for the District of Maryland Rod J. Rosenstein; Special Agent in Charge Richard A. McFeely of the Federal Bureau of Investigation; Colonel Marcus L. Brown, Superintendent of the Maryland State Police; and Chief David A. Spence of the Easton Police Department.
